We have advised and structured various mergers between local companies, financial institutions and banks, including Al-Faysal Investment Bank Limited and Faysal Bank Limited; Atlas Leasing Limited and Atlas Investment Bank Limited; Ghandhara Leasing Co. Limited and Al Zamin Leasing Modaraba; and Guardian Leasing Modaraba and First Providence Modaraba.
