Prof. Dr. Qadir Khan Mandokhail is a veteran legal expert, constitutional scholar, and respected human rights advocate with over three decades of professional excellence in Pakistan’s legal and political landscape. As the Founder and Chairman of Qadir Khan Mandokhail LLP, he leads a distinguished team of legal professionals committed to justice, institutional reform, and access to law.
Dr. Mandokhail brings a unique blend of courtroom experience, legislative leadership, and grassroots activism to the firm. As a former Member of the National Assembly (2021–2023) from Karachi (NA-249), he played a pivotal role in steering legal and human rights reforms across federal institutions. During his term, he chaired over 71 Parliamentary Committee sessions, initiated legislation on public employment regularization, and ensured the reinstatement and pay protection of over 100,000 government employees, including those in the Higher Education Commission.
